O GIVE THANKS

O Give Thanks unto the Lord:

Call upon his name:
Make known his deeds among the people.

Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him:

Talk ye of all His wondrous works.

Glory ye in His Holy Name:

Let the heart of them rejoice that seek the Lord.

Seek the Lord, and his strength:
 Seek His face evermore.

Remember His marvellous work that he hath done; 

Psalm 105:1-5

Have a Blessed and Wonderful Thanksgiving.

Reflection

Making do with what we have while finding contentment.  Counting our blessings and thinking on the Greatness of our Lord.

Reflect (pause) and reflect again on life's little things that bring us so much happiness in our hearts and to our homes.

 Romaine Lettuces
 Leafy Green lettuces
 Spinach
 Cilantro  (it great for detoxing your body)

5 Farm Fresh eggs (hard boil~ for protein)
 Sprouted Lentil Trio

1 tbsp of Chia Seeds
1/2 - Cup of slice Almonds

1 cup of carrots peeled and grated
1/2 or 1 cup of celery stringed and chopped
1  cucumber diced
1/2 cup of onions diced
1/2 cup  of  raisins
handful of grapes
1  tomato diced
1  green bell pepper diced
slice almonds or any nuts (hand-ful)

Organic Caesar Croutons
1 cup of  cheddar cheese

Toss and enjoy!
