  1. It looks so great that I might have to mix up a big salad to eat for lunch this week. I missed service day. :( Megan started running a slight fever last night. She said she felt fine this morning, but I could tell by her pale skin and rosey cheeks that she wasn't 100%. We didn't want to share andy germs she might have!

  2. It looks delicious. However, my husband would never eat it as he is strictly a meat and taters type guy. He likes salad but wants nothing odd in it. LOL!

  4. I have never thought about adding lentils to my salad! I honestly thought when you first showed the picture on your other post that it was bacon, lol! That's me, the meat lover! Your salad is soo healthy and wondeful looking, and I do love adding all kinds of fun things to salads. Usually my salad looks like this: greens (spinach/romaine mix), diced tomato, diced carrots, sliced mushrooms, diced bell peppers, and a sprinkle of green onions, topped with feta cheese and my homemade balsamic vinegar dressing. I am going to try lentils soon on a salad, they just look so yummy. :)
