Simply Farmhouse Homemade Pizza Dough
Our family loves homemade pizza nights. I have tried many pizza dough recipes and decided to come up with one on my own. This recipe is simple and easy to follow. Just simply be creative with your pizza toppings. Such as buffalo chicken pizza, veggie pizza, cheese to name a few.

Simply Farmhouse Homemade Pizza Dough
1 TBSP of Honey
1 Package of Active Yeast
1 cup of warm water 105 - 110 degrees
Combine honey and yeast in water allow to proof for 10 minutes.
3 cups of all purpose flour I like to shift mine into a med-bowl
I then sprinkle Red Crush pepper, and garlic powder in the flour for favor in the dough,Stir well
Pour proof yeast mixture into the flour combine well.
Place dough unto a flour surface and knead for 10 minutes until smooth.
Coat with a little olive oil and place in a bowl, in a warm place ~ let rise for 1 hour.
After the dough has risen , roll out on your pizza pan. Pinch up the sides to hold your
ingredients. Bake on 350 degrees for 10 mins.
Add all your favorite toppings, bake another 10 minutes on 350 degrees. Bake until the cheese has melted.

Coffee Cake
This coffee cake is our family favorite.
Every Sunday morning I will have a coffee cake ready with a cup of hot coffee.
It is easy to make and so delicious!

Simply Farmhouse Cinnamon Coffee Cake
2 TBSP butter softened
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
2/3 cup of milk
1tsp vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 TBSP baking power
In a small mixing bowl, beat butter,sugar,salt until crumbly.
Add egg, milk and vanilla; mix well.
Combine flour and baking powder add to the butter mixture.
(* I add a little cinnamon to this batter..not sure how much I just
sprinkle it across and mix in. )
Spread the batter out into a rectangle baking dish. It will be spread out
very thin.
Topping:
1/2 cup of Brown sugar
1/4 cup of all purpose-flour
1/4 cup of cold butter
1 TBSP of ground cinnamon
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
Combine all in a small bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle over the batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 27 minutes. Test with a toothpick to see
if center is done.
Cool for a few minutes , it will help it from falling apart while serving.
* Optional you can top it with a powered sugar glaze if you like.
ENJOY ~ Simply easy to make and it yields 8-9 servings.
