      My wife and I are very happy we chose Dale and Teresa at Cornerstone Home Designs.  We were able to find a design we really liked that fit our square footage desires and our construction budget.  From there Dale and Teresa were able to make the changes we wanted to customize the house to our liking.  The process was smooth and easy and they will make whatever changes you like.

        My husband and I had spent countless hours trying to find the perfect house plans for our family.. we struggled on finding the perfect one that we had always envisioned. I happened to stumble across cornerstone’s website through Pinterest and found the Simple Farmhouse plans.. it was perfect! Literally everything we had imagined our forever home being! It was a huge blessing. I emailed Dale and Teresa immediately and got a quick response and they soon got started on our plans. They are super easy to work with and very accommodating when it comes to modifying the plans in any way to fit your personal needs. I am VERY pleased and we will definitely be recommending them in the future!

          We are at the stage of life that we are building our final home which means getting all of the features we have dreamed of over the years. We found Cornerstone Home Designs online and immediately knew that the Mini Magnolia was the house that matched our wish list. We asked for some design changes and Dale & Teresa interpreted our request exactly how we envisioned the plan. Even though our contact has been all email I have to say they are very pleasant to work with as well as efficient and thorough. We have been through the building process five times already over the years and working with Cornerstone Home Designs has been a great experience. We highly recommend these designers!

                  Dale and Teresa were so easy and affordable to work with. We can’t wait to start building our own Magnolia home. We loved the plan and only made a few changes. They were so quick on getting the plans back to us. We are very pleased. We will send pictures once the house is complete. Thank y’all again so much.

                    Cornerstone was by far the easiest company I have ever worked with.  My wife and I had pieced together a custom home from random floor plans and wrote a narrative and sent it off to Dale and Teresa.  The first rough draft Dale sent we only had to modify about 4 things.  He knew exactly what we were going for and really took the time to study our narrative and capture what we were envisioning.  The second revision to the plans was spot on and we couldn't be  happier with the finished product.  Thank you Dale and Teresa!

                      I looked for months at standard house plans and started to think I was just going to have to settle on a plan I wasn't 100% happy with, until I ran across Dale & Teresa's website.  Dale & Teresa created a plan that looked exactly as I had envisioned my future house to look and at a price I could actually afford!  They were very easy to work with and moved quickly on every request I made.  It went much smoother than I ever imagined.  I'm now eager to begin the building process.
