Yep, basically no winter here. Chilly days, and cold nights (sometimes). I think it froze twice this season, and both times at night? Crazy town, even for southeast Georgia!
It has certainly been a strange winter. We've only used the snow shovel once! It will be in the 60's until Friday and then it will drop enough that there is a threat of severe weather. We could see some flurries Saturday morning. Crazy! I can see some of the trees leafing out at the top. Makes me wonder if we are in for a hot summer. I hope not!
Strange weather for you, indeed, wow 90s already! It is snowing here today.. no real sign of spring yet here, lol! It always feels good to be able to freshen things up for spring though! It will be fun finding new pillows for your porch :)
You all have had your share of snow this year, but it has been beautiful. I am excited to give the porch a fresh new look...I try to make things last as long as I can. We use the phrase make do with what you have often here. Have a warm day up there.
We are new to this area, but so far, it has been back and forth. We had 8 inches of snow the week after we moved in, but no more since. We love all the weather changes, as we moved from Florida, where it's basically 9 months of summer, 2 weeks of winter and a few months of in-between. Don't borrow trouble, just see what Mother Nature has in mind! Love your greenhouse!
I understand, we use to live in FL for ten years. We move back to our home state, enjoying the four seasons for the last 23 yrs. Thank you it was a gift for Mothers Day last year. Have a wonderful evening.
It really has been weird weather. My hubs and I were talking about how we wonder if there will damage if it freezes or cools off real low. I'm enjoying it but I am hoping for us not to have tree damage or super scorching summer.
